International Sharps Injury Prevention Awareness Award

The Sharps Injury Prevention Awareness Award is being used to recognize those individuals whose courage and determination have brought sharps injury prevention to the attention of manufacturers, legislators, health professionals and others. The award will recognize those that have created a safer environment for workers in healthcare, waste management, custodial, law enforcement and correctional institutional work places.
