Cory Bros was established at the turn of the 20th century & is now over 100 years old.

Advertisements for the company’s products originally appeared in both the Times & Suffragette newspapers.

Up until the end of the 1990’s Cory Bros focused it’s activities in the UK, operating as the exclusive distributor for a number of blue-chip overseas manufacturers.

With the unrivalled knowledge & experience developed over the years, combined with the strategic ambition to vertically integrate it’s activities in to manufacturing & laterally expand it’s sales & marketing activities internationally, Cory Bros established Cory Medical & Purple Surgical  at the turn of the 21st century to begin manufacturing & selling it’s own products domestically in the UK as well as on the international stage.

With it’s revenues more then trebling in the following 8 years, Cory Bros & it’s sister companies are now the largest independent manufacture of Surgical Sharps Safety Devices & single-use laparoscopic instrumentation & devices outside the U.S.

Their 60,000 sq ft UK production facility, based near Taunton, Somerset will shortly be manufacturing over 1m products a month serving approximately 80 markets worldwide.
