About the company

 CINA has a number of goals that they are currently working on including the following:
  • To establish and promote standards of intravenous therapy which will enhance patient care and patient safety;
  • To establish and promote educational programmes which will contribute to the above;
  • To provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of all matters relating to intravenous therapy; 
  • To establish cooperation and liaison with all groups, associations, institutions, or bodies in matters affecting the objectives of the Association. 
  • In addition, CINA is working on a number of projects dedicated to the reduction of sharps injuries occurring to healthcare workers across Canada.
