More Hepatitis Cases Discovered in Nevada

The Las Vegas Sun is reporting that lawyers suing the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada filed court papers Sept. 22, alleging they uncovered evidence independent of the health district that “strongly suggests” the hepatitis C virus also was transmitted to at least three patients who underwent colonoscopies at the center on March 15, 2007.
